About Tyger Cold Brew
You may be wondering about the name. I know, it is not the way we currently spell the word and no, it is not a play on my name (which is Tyler).
The name itself is inspired by the William Blake poem, The Tyger, which was the first poem I ever read. I read it through, then read it again, and again. Each time through it sank deeper into my soul - the power, the ferocity, the beauty.
The poem set the foundation for my love of tigers and inspires me each time I read it. It was while reading the poem that I decided to name each brew after a different person in my life and inspired me to create the unique brews. I hope that you take the minute or two to read through the poem and let it brew in your mind.
